Deposit Refund Policy

If you have only paid the deposit and decide to cancel your reservation after booking, the following conditions apply:

  • The full deposit will be refunded if our representative fails to provide the promised service.

  • The full deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking.

  • If the flight details sent via email do not match the contract, the full deposit will be refunded.

  • A full refund of the deposit will be provided if the airline cancels the flight.

  • If the total amount has been received but the ticket has not yet been issued, the full amount will be refunded.

If the full balance has been paid but the ticket has not yet been issued:

We typically issue e-tickets within 2-3 hours after receiving the full balance and send them via email. However, if the customer requests a hold on ticket issuance, the airline changes the flight before issuance, or the flight is canceled due to weather conditions, the following rules apply:

  • If the customer voluntarily cancels the ticket and there are no airline-related issues, a service fee of £20 per passenger will be charged.

  • If ticket issuance is prevented due to unavoidable weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.

  • If the airline cancels the flight, the customer will receive a full refund.

Once the ticket has been issued:

If the full amount has been received and the ticket(s) have been issued and sent to the customer via email or post, the following conditions apply:

  • Once a ticket is issued, the airline’s refund policy will apply. Each airline has its own policy, and we must adhere to their rules.

  • If part of the journey has already been used, the airline’s refund policy will determine any applicable refund.

  • In the event of a passenger’s death, a death certificate must be provided to request a full refund for any unused or partially used tickets, which will then be processed through the airline.

  • For non-refundable tickets, only a small portion (typically certain taxes refunded by the airline) may be returned to the customer.
